About Northern Indiana Service Dogs

At Northern Indiana Service Dogs , we teach you how to task train your dog to be a service dog.  Such tasks could be retrieving dropped objects, push buttons, tugging open doors, assisting with balance and alerting to a medical condition.

We understand that every dog is unique, which is why we offer customized training programs that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each dog and their owner. We work closely with you to identify the areas that need improvement and develop a training plan that is effective and enjoyable for both you and your dog.

We keep our classes fun and exciting! We want our dogs to work for us because they love us, not because we are forcing them to.   In our classes, we play games, go on adventures and will even do crafts with the dogs.
